All trademarks, game assets, code, artwork, audio, and intellectual property rights relating to Thief Heist belong to Silent Orbit. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the game on your Android device solely for personal entertainment.
The app may offer in-app purchases (such as removing ads or unlocking premium features). All payments are handled securely through Google Play In-App Billing. Refunds are subject to Google Play's standard refund policies.
Thief Heist is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Silent Orbit does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or entirely secure.
Silent Orbit reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
